The objective of occupational health management or workplace health promotion is to create working conditions that promote health, enhance job satisfaction, and improve employee performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Matissart, we take a comprehensive approach that includes various measures aimed at contributing to the physical, psychological, and social well-being of our employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023, Matissart, a specialist in extrusion-blow molding, has already renewed part of its machine park (lathe, surface grinder, wire EDM, maintenance machining center, sinker EDM, CNC inspection, CAD computers, 3D printer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2024, we’re taking it a step further: automation, particularly aimed at reducing arduous and time-consuming tasks!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As always, all employees assigned to the new machines will be supported and trained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
